Project Managment
We have extensive knowledge working with design professionals for whom we provide a comprehensive furniture and architectural joinery consultancy and management service. Our goal is to work with them on their projects and ensure that the furniture and joinery part of the project runs as smoothly as possible.
Design Management
We work with our clients detailed designs, we develop the drawings so that they have the necessary detail for accurate costing. During this process we specify all ironmongery, all materials and all finishes.
We can also start to work at the conceptual phase, here we can offer our advice utilising our in depth knowledge of materials, finishes and construction techniques
Production Management
After the design drawings have been approved the project will be priced using the manufacturers who we consider to be best suited for the project, this could be a single manufacturer or a number of different companies.
Once costs are agreed we undertake the drafting of the production drawings, these will be presented with samples of all materials, once singed off production can begin.
During production we will monitor the manufacturers to ensure they stay on schedule and achieve the quality we expect.
Installation Management
It is essential to start his process as early as possible and we like to begin this at the design phase. After we have been briefed we will conduct a site survey, to begin the design process. When we are ready for production we will then carry out a check survey, to catch any dimensional changes on site. WE will provide the site contractors with detailed services drawings.
When we are ready to deliver we will check the site to ensure everything is ready to receive the delivery and installation can begin.
