Process
Initial Contact:
On initial contact we will send our questionnaire to be completed, which has all the questions necessary for communicating the brief you have with your client in detail to us, which kitchen brand, which range, colour, appliance list, worktops, fixtures etc..
Follow Up:
Once we receive the questionnaire together with any plans or survey, we arrange a telephone or video call to run through the questionnaire and brief in detail. And also set the scope of the service that is required.
Design:
We then will then accurately set up the space and produce the first draft design within the agreed schedule, this is best done at least 48 hours before your presentation with your client, this gives enough time to make any amendments.
Revision:
After your client presentation there will be revisions and these we will discuss and then we will make these changes and send the revised designs.
